I received my first order yesterday and cooked up my first rib eye steak tonight. The quality of the beef is second to none! Absolutely gorgeous. Couldnāt be happier with my whole lamb ! Prior to purchasing it Rory was very responsive, explained the process. He then contacted me to find out how we wanted it cut, giving us options which I thought was lovely. When the parcel shipped he made sure I had the tracking number and the next day touched base with me to ensure I had received it and give me some tips for the freezer. Customer service was fab. Iāve just cooked our first leg and it was delicious! The meat was tender, juicy and super tasty. My 3 year old kept asking for me (and letās be honest so did the adults)!
I would absolutely recommend and will be sure to order it again!

Just got our half organic lamb delivered today. Great packaging and portioning, brilliant quality and excellent value for money, given the sustainable model of agriculture and business used.
